Have you been to Fat Rabbit Bakery? It's my December small business highlight: Cakes, cookies, biscuits, galettes... oh, and Hoptarts. Oh my!
There's a new bakery in town but don't let that fool you. The owner of Fat Rabbit Bakery, Ellyn (pictured here), has been baking and cooking her whole life—her dad was a chef, so it's in her blood. And it shows. The display case is filled with delectables and the Instagram feed will make your mouth water.
The upcoming holidays are festive with their Holiday Pop-up Shop this Sunday, December 10th from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. You'll find the bakery filled with unique vendors—so stop by to do a little gift shopping and support local businesses and artisans.
And don't miss the chance to order from their holiday menu. That opens on Saturday, December 9th @4:00 PM and will sell out in a matter of hours—so set a reminder! The holiday menu will have various festive cakes, tarts, savories, cookie boxes, breakfast sandwiches and more! Order through their website, pick-up will be on December 22nd and 23rd.
